Senior Architect

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or related field.
2. 3-5 years of work experience in leading domestic or international architectural firms, with primary responsibility for design work in at least three large-scale integrated, cultural, or public projects under construction or completed. Demonstrated experience in team management (please specify position and work content in the portfolio).
3. In-depth understanding of construction codes, processes, various architectural disciplines, and construction materials.
4. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
5. Proficiency in commonly used design software such as AutoCAD and Rhino, with knowledge of Revit preferred.
6. Ability to work in a bilingual (Chinese and English) environment.

Intermediate Architect

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or related field.
2. Over 3 years of work experience in leading architectural firms, with involvement as a team leader or key contributor in at least two large-scale integrated, cultural, or public projects under construction or completed (please specify position and work content in the portfolio).
3. Ability to combine international aesthetic standards and architectural codes, and express design ideas accurately.
4. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
5. Proficiency in commonly used design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe CS, with knowledge of Revit preferred.
6. Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.

Junior Architectural Designer

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or related field.
2. 0-3 years of work experience, with significant contributions to at least one ongoing or completed project in the field of integrated, cultural, or public architecture (please specify position and work content in the portfolio).
3. Ability to combine international aesthetic standards and architectural codes, and express design ideas accurately.
4. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
5. Proficiency in commonly used design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe CS.

Junior Landscape Designer

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in landscape design or related field.
2. 0-3 years of work experience, with significant contributions to at least one ongoing or completed project in the field of integrated, cultural, or public landscapes (please specify position and work content in the portfolio).
3. Ability to combine international aesthetic standards and architectural codes, and express design ideas accurately.
4. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
5. Proficiency in commonly used design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe CS.

Intern

1. Senior undergraduate or graduate student majoring in architecture.
2. Available for a full-time internship of 3 months or more.
3. Excellent time management, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
4. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe CS.
5. Strong hands-on ability, familiar with manual model making and 3D printing.
